We call it “HIV in Motion”. We know that many persons living with HIV are lonely, isolated, and more or less physically inactive. This happens for many reasons. Our aim is to test a short survey tool to measure health-related challenges in community and in a way that supports the health and wellness of people living with HIV. We call this tool HDQ.

Ideally, the HDQ is a tool that case managers and health care providers will integrate into their services. Ideally, the HDQ will be a tool for persons living with HIV to communicate abut physical exercise whenever they are at in their lives with their health care providers.

There is so much to say. Where to start? Based on previous research, we have put together this ever expanding Primer: HIV in MOTION. You can use it alone, explore all its parts, or you can learn with your team.
